Noelene Jenkinson - Australian Author

I grew up in a small country town in the heartland of the Victorian Wimmera wheatbelt of western Victoria in Australia. I am now settled in a nearby city, so I have lived in the region all my life. I am married with two adult daughters and four adorable grandchildren.

The first typewriter I used was an old black Remington in an agricultural farming office where my Dad worked. I typed my mother letters and took them home. I use Australian settings for my stories with a strong romantic element and positive or hopeful endings. To date, I have 7 published novels with 2 due for release in 2012. See My Books for backlist.

Besides writing and reading, I also love Australian and medieval history, cardmaking, playing my electronic organ and genealogy.
